We have developed and optimized our Growing Karma tea plant substrates over many years specifically for the needs of Camellia sinensis and its young plants. With a stable pH of 4.2, they support the development of strong roots and create slightly acidic conditions preferred by tea plants. The fine structure ensures balanced air and water distribution and minimizes the risk of waterlogging.
All substrates in this category contain no NPK or slow-release fertilizers, allowing for individual adjustment of nutrient intake. Additionally, trace elements are included in balanced amounts to support healthy plant development.
