This effect is enhanced by the wonderfully fragrant use of styrax , which directly ensures that negative energies avoid the room. The first step has been taken.

Once the threshold has been overcome, the Mexican dream herb Calea ternifolia ensures clear dreams, which help to overcome the suffering and worries of the day. Together with jasmine flowers Jasminum officinale, it supports the process of "processing" negative experiences in the dream phase.


Tulsi Ocimum sanctum, the holy Indian basil , is valued for its great power to calm the nerves and heal the soul. Conveniently, in summer it also repels insects that might disturb your sleep.
Propolis , the resin that bees make, is an indispensable part of natural medicine. It also has a particularly valuable property when used as a smoker - it has the geomantic property of having a "de-disturbing" effect on negative energy and radiation. How to use your incense mixture

We recommend smoking in a bowl, as the direct heat from the charcoal causes the delicate floral scents to fade too quickly. A sieve would be the second choice.
