Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These general terms and conditions apply exclusively to the business relationship between Growing Karma GmbH (hereinafter Growing Karma) and the customer. Growing Karma GmbH does not recognize any terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from these general terms and conditions and hereby expressly objects to them. Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer are only valid if Growing Karma GmbH expressly agrees to them in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

To place an order with Growing Karma GmbH, customers must complete the online ordering process. To purchase items, they must add them to the shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" button. Once customers have added one or more items they wish to purchase to the shopping cart, they can proceed with the order. To complete the ordering process, customers must initiate the payment process using the "Checkout" button. To do this, customers must complete the individual steps of the purchasing process and complete or check the information required for each step. Customers can change the details of their order during and at the end of the ordering process (before payment) and correct any input errors. To do this, they can either return to the previously accessed pages in their Internet browser (usually using a "Back" function in the browser) or return to the fields to be corrected in the order overview before payment by clicking on the "Edit" button. In the next step, the ordering process is processed and payment is made. To complete the ordering process, customers click the “Complete order and pay” button. Customers will then receive an email from Growing Karma GmbH confirming receipt of the order (“Order Confirmation”).

This does not constitute acceptance of the order. From a legal perspective, the order is initially an offer to Growing Karma that the customer would like to purchase one or more products from Growing Karma. The order requires acceptance by Growing Karma. This occurs when Growing Karma confirms to the customer by email and informs them that the ordered goods have been dispatched ("shipping confirmation"). If Growing Karma has not sent a shipping confirmation within 14 days of the order, the customer is no longer bound to their order. If Growing Karma is unable to deliver the ordered goods for reasons beyond Growing Karma's control, even though Growing Karma has concluded a corresponding hedging transaction with its suppliers, Growing Karma reserves the right not to provide the service or to provide it with a delay. In this case, Growing Karma will inform the customer immediately of the unavailability and, if applicable, refund any payment already made.
Product offers may be illustrated with different images (e.g. photos with labels without or with different information, etc.). The relevant product description is decisive for the order. Growing Karma reserves the right to deliver individual items in normal household quantities.
Growing Karma provides its online shop exclusively in German. German is the only language available for concluding the contract.

§ 3 Partial deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries as long as this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs only arise if expressly agreed.

§ 4 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
